I think I have an obsession on buddha mudra hand door handles. Here is some proof;



In this a little out of focus picture, here my Nepalese mudra hand on the entry door welcomes, blesses us. The entry door is a work in progress but, that mudra door handle is definitely staying :)



Here is part of the blue entry door. Love the mudra hand and Nepalese Naga Kanya door handles.



I used one as a hook for my bathroom wall to display my mala prayer beads. I even hang my towel sometimes.



On my bedroom wall I have this gorgeous Balinese mudra hand as a jewelry holder by my bedside. I have seen this before and thought was a great idea.



This beautiful mudra hand holding a lotus flower I put on my balcony closet door is very special. The flower compliments my balcony plants.

beautiful rainy fall day

I took this picture a couple of weeks ago from my balcony door. I tought it was a good picture to start blogging again on a beautiful rainy day. I have been neglecting my blog for so long, especially since my right hand was broken. Still having problems with my hand but, hopefully I will post regularly again. I found this gorgeous Oleg Cassini crystal globe at Marshalls and right away put it on my coffee table. Loving its refracted image of buddha. How amazing is that?

I have a special love for doors. Even the cabinets I picked for my home during the years, first, I had to fall in love with their doors. They all have great characters. I even painted, framed and gone a little crazy on my apartment's dull entry door. I believe it reflects my apartment's decor. So I have been looking for decorative buddha hand door handles for awhile. I came across this gorgeous Nepalese guyan mudra hand door handle at amazon.com. I was hoping for a pair but, I could only find one hand. Now, I have to figure out where to install one hand... :)
